Park Ranger Walking Tours

Walks on offer are;

Tollcross Park: Meeting point, Courtyard in Wellshot Road.

Necropolis: Meeting Point,Black Gates(Kirk Lane)

Glasgow Green: Meeting Point, People's Palace

All tours are of approx. 2 hours duration.

The Friends of Glasgow Green held their Annual General Meeting in the Winter Gardens on 24th June 2008.

The main change to the Organisation was the resignation of the Chairman and the election of the Committee as follows.

Chair :- Margaret Hattie

Vice Chair :- Ann Sharp

Secretary :- Martin Dean

Treasurer :- Scott Heads

The Meeting was attended by Members of the Glasgow Humane Society, Land Services, Strathclyde Police and Councillor Alison Thewliss.
